Our Mission
The mission of CP Extension is to improve the well-being of families affected by cerebral palsy (CP) by acknowledging their commitment of resources -- time, emotional energy, and finances, and providing support in the forms of guidance in care coordination and provider networking and financial grants.
Grants
CP Extension offers grants to help reduce the financial burden of caring for a loved one who has CP and a comorbidity.
Providers
If your loved one with CP is diagnosed with another condition, finding a specialist who will provide care with dignity, respect, and expertise can be challenging.
